Order SynerJ-Health products in 4 steps:
Follow these 4 steps by disabling your ad blockers so that everything goes as well as possible technically. Personally I open a private browser window and it works fine.
Also note that if you order without following these steps, for example by calling the company SynerJ-Health directly, you will have an additional 7 € handling fee.
If the following message appears, it means you haven’t clicked on “Préférences” on the first cookie box that was displayed in the bottom-left.
Click then on “Gérer les cookies”.
Then first tick the “Préférences” option, then click on “Confirmer les changements” on the left sidebar.
You should now be able to switch language without hassle, then click here to register as a new SynerJ-Health client

Once done, no need to wait for the e-mail with instructions, you can already proceed to step 2.
Make sure you have not been registered by another SynerJ-Health consultant before! If that so, then this is the person you need to contact to advise you and help you place your order.
If you would like me to become your Consultant to track your orders and provide you with the best possible information, then you should contact the SynerJ-Health switchboard by writing to them at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling them on (+33) 3 87 87 51 86 from Monday to Friday from 9am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 6pm (France timezone), specifying that you would like to be connected to Damien Casoni, Representative no. 33103579.
Once this technical detail is settled I will be able to help you to place an order and advise you personally. But ideally I encourage you to find the contact of your Representative as explained above.

You probably have registered without having specified my consultant ID number, or the page has reloaded in the meantime and the number has not been taken into account.
Not a big deal then, just send an e-mail to email@example.com explaining that you wanted to register with Damien Casoni advisor n°33103579 and that apparently it hasn’t been taken into account.
As soon as the SynerJ-Health standards have settled this you will be able to validate your order.
If everything is ok, to access the payment, you must use the drop-down menu to choose a shipping address:

Are there any payment facilities?
Yes, you can ask for a payment in 3 installments at no extra cost for any order of at least 200 €.
To do so, before paying your order, call the office at (+33) 3 87 87 51 86 (available Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 18:00, France timezone) and give them the number of your order.
